what does yellow curly looking wristband mean that is worn by a grown woman, we work with her and she wont say?

it appears to be made of some kind of nylon like a thing used to hold keys and it will stretch. also it is not a Lance Armstrong one , nor does it look like it. thanks

I’m not sure, there are different wristbands that have different meanings.
