I have braces, can anyone give me good hygiene tips besides brushing and flossing? What about the water pik?
A water pik would be great, as well as an electric toothbrush. I like Rotadent, they have different heads to choose from, two that work better in between teeth and around the braces. However they are only sold in dental offices, ask your orthodontist or dentist what they recommend or sell. Oral B has some that are good too. and are available at most all drug stores, Target, Kmart, Walmart, Costco.
You can also get floss threaders to help with flossing.
Lot’s of work, but a beautiful smile is worth it.
