Will he write down your details and send you a ticket, will he run after you to stick that ticket, or will he just let you go since you arrived in the nick of time?

I think the only way he can give you a ticket is that if you’re not at the car and you haven’t got a ticket, your ticket has ran out or he/she can’t see it, then the traffic warden has the authority to stick a ticket on your car.
