Can anyone tell me where I can find a release of liability form so neighborhood kids can swim in my pool?
I have a pool in my yard that a lot of the neighborhood kids want to play in. I would rather thay have a release of liability befor they swim in my pool. Can anyone help?
Maybe you should contact a lawyer.
I once read about a couple without kids who had their yard fenced in and even had a No Trespassing sign up, and when they were out one day some kids broke in and went swimming. One of them drowned, and the parent’s kids sued the couple… and won! You should definitely get some sort of contract so that they can’t turn around and make you pay for their bad parenting.
