How do I remove a stripped allan head screw? Is there any quick and easy way?

I have a stripped allan head screw in a makita reciprocating saw here at work and I am having trouble getting it out. Any ideas you have would be appreciated. Thanks.

i have done it with an electric drill with a small bit and reverse the action.
